When Love becomes Worship

Every now and then, there are songs which expresses the passion of love in words which time and time again has proved that true love means worship nothing else.

One of the songs which i want to talk about is Sun mere humsafar. There is so much i can talk about the beautiful lyrics of this song, but as of now there is this one stanza i want to share:

Hai nahi tha pata
Ke tujhe maan lunga khuda

If you have someone in your life who loves you to this extent, don’t leave him/her, don’t leave him/her please 🙏🏼. For sure, this love is rare to find in today’s ever changing world!

Now let me take you back in time to a very old song which describes the same thing in yet again such beautiful words. This stanza is from a very popular golden era song, Hum tere pyaar me saara aalam kho baithe hai

Tum pyar ki sundar murat ho
Aur pyar hamari pooja hai
Ab in charnon mein dum nikle
Bas itni aur tamanna hai

Love : What it means to me!

It’s so difficult to define this magical feeling in words but these are my 2 best found explanations of what love truly means.

No. 2. In the Interstellar Movie, i found one of the best expressed dialogues on Love:

“Love isn’t something that we invented.
It’s observable.
Powerful.
It has to mean something.
Maybe it means something more, something we can’t yet understand.
Maybe it’s some evidence, some artifact of a higher dimension that we can’t consciously perceive.
Love is the one thing we’re capable of perceiving that transcends dimensions of time and space.
Maybe we should trust that, even if we can’t understand it yet..”

I have realised one thing by following so many super heroes and that is, we all have some or the other gift. We all have some superpower hidden somewhere within us, and we all use it actually in our everyday lives. It’s actually this superpower which we possess that defines our character, who we are and what we choose to do with it. If you are reading this seriously, it’s time to look within and find out what your real powers are.

If you ask me, what’s my superpower? The answer is, whatever i wish for, i pray for, it get’s fulfilled. Believe it or not, it’s unbelievable this gift of God. He is always been there for me no matter what. He has only one condition, and that is patience. If you are expecting that you wish for something in the morning and then by evening it gets fulfilled, then forget it, that’s not how the universe works.

The Tale of Two Cities

These two cities have changed everything forever for me. The city of SaltWater filled my life with all the joy and happiness of this universe, and the city of RipeLake did everything to take it away from me.

Sometimes our dreams turn into reality
and sometimes, reality turns into a dream

And when the latter happens, it just hurts, only hurts!

 

What do stars do?

Once upon a time, i was blessed with a shining star, a star of my own. It was as if all my wishes got fulfilled in one go. The glow of this star brightened every second of my life. Inspite of all the difficulties, challenges and complexities, this star kept shining bright with every passing day. My life was no less magical than the Stardust movie.

Then there was this Adjustment Bureau. Well, AB tried everything to take this star away from me. I used to laugh out loud seeing Johnson fail inspite of all his efforts.

But such is life, my fairytale came to an end. Finally AB had the last laugh. Johnson succeeded in his plans and such was his plan that i myself decided to return the star back. Little did i knew that my life would never be the same again. I lost my life’s most precious gift.

Everytime i look at the sky, I see you. I wish if i had one more babylon candle left with me..
